My husband has some memory loss and changes in his moods and behaviour 2 MRI brain scans over a 2 yr period have shown " there is a prominence of sulci over the cerebral convexities at the vertex and also over the anterior frontal convexities which does appear to have progressed somewhat from the previous study. There is also some minor Peri Sylvian prominence" what does this mean?
