My Husband Has Sudden Lumps/bumps Which Are Hard On His

My husband has sudden lumps/bumps which are hard on his forehead close to the temple! His eyebrow is a little swollen and there are 2 lumps on each side with a soft center in between the two. His head doesn't hurt, he has no pressure behind his eyes, he DID NOT hit his head and it is not tender anywhere! Could this be anything to worry about?
