My Husband Has Swollen Abdomen, Legs And Feet. He Also

My husband has swollen abdomen, legs and feet. He also has dark urine and bone pain. HIs feet are turning purple. He cannot urinate much. HE also can't keep food down. Most things he tries to eat come back up yet he's hungry. What could be the cause?
He drank lots of alcohol for a long period of time.
