My Husband Has Taken The First Of 2 Gatorade And

My husband has taken the first of 2 Gatorade and Miralax prep for his colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. He had one colonoscopy at age 50. He is now 64. He is vomiting this time. He says it is much worse that last time. Does he absolutely have to take the second prep?
