My Husband Has Three Bumps On His Nose One On

My husband has three bumps on his nose one on the end about 14/ inch round and two more smaller ones on the side. He is 64. It looks kinda like a blister but is thicker and it does not look like there is fluid in it, smooth. No pain. Worked all his life in the sun. I have seen elderly men with bumps on there noses, that comes with age. But always worried about skin cancer.
