My Husband Has Undergone 2 Surgeries In The Last 4

My husband has undergone 2 surgeries in the last 4 weeks with constipation being a side effect. He had to wear a catheter for 4 weeks. He got it out today but is so constipated that he cannot go - after 2 suppositories, 2 doses of Mira-Lax and a bottle of Magnesium Citrate this evening. Still nothing and he's miserable. Any suggestions short of the ER?
