My husband has yellowish bumps around his anus one of them has a black dot on it and it's the biggest one of 4 or 5 he says they have been there for a couple of months now he is a very clean person he showers every day but he is a typical man that want go to the doctor should we be concerned about this and should he go see a doctor about this.
