My Husband Hates Going To The Dr So It's Been

My husband hates going to the Dr so it's been hard to get him to see one but he has some symptoms that concern me.almost every day he has complained of stomach pain,sometimes keeping him from eating,back pain,mostly lower and occasional pain in his chest.I don't want him to end up hospitalized or it be too late.help? Thank you
