My Husband Hugged Me And Then Lifted Me Slightly Off

My husband hugged me and then lifted me slightly off the floor 8 days ago. I heard a pop or snap in my upper back/shoulder area and immediate pain. It was much better for a few days and now the pain has intensified and wraps from the back under my arm and into the breast. I am using Advil for the pain.
