My Husband Hurt His Hand On A Boat Lift Several

My husband hurt his hand on a boat lift several weeks ago damaging several tendons> he started therapy on his hand but in the past few days a very large lump has appeared on hisleft forearm. Could this be additional trauma from his hand? His therapist has no idea why it appeared.
