My Husband Is 42 Years Old.He Has Medical History Of

My husband is 42 years old.He has medical history of ectopic beats with <60 pulse/min and borderline BP(no medications needed currently 140/70).No underlying heart disease but family history of heart attack and BP. Offlate since past 1 yr he had suspected hearing problem in right ear, investigation of which led to diagnosis of Mennieares disease since he already had undiagosed hearing loss in left ear over years. He was on Acivir and sebellium tablets for long along with low salt intake. He never had Vertigo spells. After stopping medication all went well for 6 mths till now when suddenly he had migraine pain on temple area for 2 days then few days later vertigo attack with vomiting one day.since then he has slight dizziness though is back on same medications.I want to know if its confirmed Mennieares or Migraine alone since migranine with hearing loss is known in few patients too and since this time though vertigo spell was there but hearing loss is not signified in audiometry now instead there has been improvement in hearing.
