My Husband Is 44 Years Old, When We Had Sex

My husband is 44 years old, when we had sex a week ago we discovered a lot of blood on the sheets, we assumed it was me. We went to have sex again today and my husband used the bathroom before intercourse everything was normal, then we went to have sex and he noticed blood dripping from his erect penis. The blood just kept coming out as long as he had the erection. He said he felt no pain and had not noticed any blood in urine. He went the the bathroom again to urinate and blood came out of his penis and what looked like a blood clot. He currently has high blood pressure and is taking 20 mg lisinopril and was drinking beer. Other than that no other medication.
