My Husband Is 45 And Having A Hard Time Breathing

My husband is 45 and having a hard time breathing in and out and it sounds very gurgling. He has some sharp pain when breathes in and cough is watery. Has been running low grade temp as well and refuses to go to med clinic. He as also tested positive for Alpha 1 disease.
