My Husband Is 45 Years Old And Has Recently Wet

My husband is 45 years old and has recently wet the bed. About 3 times in the past 6 months. He also seems to have difficulty eating or drinking, though he denies any problems. He chokes and coughs every time he eats or drinks. He says it just goes down the wrong tube, but I have done some research and found that many in the earliest stages of Huntington'so Disease complain of the same issue. Now with the bedwetting I am growing more concerned, but he refuses to see a doctor. Do you have any general ideas?
