My Husband Is 51 Years Old Was Diagnosed With NASH

My husband is 51 years old was diagnosed with NASH 3 years ago. It is now ciris . He has had a low grade fever up and down ever day since March 6 2015. He is swollen in the mid section, has severe pain on the left side. His spleen was removed 3 years ago it was the size of a melon. His eyes are now dry and gritty, white spots, doesn't feel like eating much. Tired, pain in the upper back. bumps on his forehead. He has been tested and since many dr.s He was last seen at Eastern Maine Medical Center infections disease they conclusion was he was going into liver failure. His pacreaus is now fatty and the bladder wall thick. His coloring is off. Any suggestions are welcome
