My Husband Is 57 And In Good Physical Condition. But

My husband is 57 and in good physical condition. But lately, he might have two drinks with a (hearty) dinner and be violently sick the next morning. Today, he was throwing up bile until about 4:00pm. We think it might be a reaction to the alcohol or the combination of food and alcohol, but he has had blood tests and an ultra-sound which didn't turn up anything. It is possible that his body just won't tolerate these things anymore, but I'd like to know what's really going on. Any suggestions?
