My Husband Is 58. He Had His Prostate Removed 2

My husband is 58. He had his prostate removed 2 years ago due to cancer. It was no where else and no other treatment needed. He has heart disease in family. He is hypertensive and on meds. He is not overweight. Cholesterol ok. He is pale to dusky in color. His lips are pale.He Is short of breath very easy . Bending over to tie shoes makes him sob. Brushing his teeth makes him sob.Tired. Poor appetite . EKGs are normal . Reflux/GERD.
I think he should see a cardiologist but he keeps ignoring his symptoms. He went to his regular family Dr. Who sent him for chest X-ray which was "normal". Labs "normal" .Big snorer and has apnea . Refused CPAP
What type of heart condition could this be?
