My Husband Is 60 Years Old And Is Having A

My husband is 60 years old and is having a dull pain in his intestinal area, on the left side. Pain comes and goes. He's had a colonoscopy that is clear (recently). Stool is soft but not any more frequent than usual. No blood. What other issues should we look for. YYYY@YYYY
