My Husband Is 60 Yrs.old. He Has Syringomyelia ,peripheral Neuropathy

My husband is 60 yrs.old. He has syringomyelia ,peripheral neuropathy and suffers from migraines. His neurologist give him Botox for his migraines. He had a round of injections last Wednesday. Later in the day he fell down 4 stairs and landed flat out all the while guarding his head. He got up and was stiff and sore for a few days. Tonight we noticed both eyelids are droopy and his forehead between the eyebrows seem to be swollen. Should we be concerned ?
