My Husband Is 62. Has Had A PE About 1

My husband is 62. Has had a PE about 1 yr ago. He's also had a ministroke about 3 yrs ago. He's on anxiety/depression meds only. Last week he started having severe swelling and pain in his left hand around the joints of his pointer and middle finger. His ring finger on same hand spasms uncontrollably. The top of his left foot now causes him pain for the 1st 5 minutes after waking up. Today, he suddenly started sweating heavily on his face and through his shirt. He felt dizzy, weak, and both hands began trembling and shaking.
