My Husband Is 62 Y/o And Has Had Left Hand

My husband is 62 y/o and has had left hand shaking for about the past 6 months, has started dropping things and tonight while eating out got the hiccups, feeling sweaty, light headed and passed out face into his plate. Prior to seemed out of it and not responding to questions. He came to and then passed out again, was seen by paramedics and refused to go to the hospital. Wondering what might be causing this? He is not taking any medication, only had 2 mixed drinks and not dehydrated. No family history of parkinsons, but there is for cancer.
