My Husband Is 63 And Had A Liver Transplant A

My husband is 63 and had a liver transplant a year ago. before this transplant he had a heart attack and now they are saying his heart is only functioning 20%, he has alot of scare tissue around the heart and a blood clot in the lower left part of the heart, how long would you say he has to live with all this against him?
