My Husband Is 64 Yrs Old And On 2 Medications

My husband is 64 yrs old and on 2 medications for his blood pressure losartan-hectares 11-25 mg 1x day and amlodipine best late 10mg 1x day he felt really weird like in a fog I took his blood pressure which is usually still a touch on the high side but not pre when I took it it was 132/69 hr 68 is this dangerousness that the lower number is so low he was laying down for about an hr when this happened.
