My Husband Is 70 Yrs Old, Has Stage 3/4 Kidney

My husband is 70 yrs old, has stage 3/4 Kidney Desease, and has been sick with nausea and throwing up for 2 days. He can not eat anything...not hungry, but is drinking OJ, Cranberry and grape juice. At 2:10pm today his BP was177/97 HR 79 and at 2:10pm today his BP was 190/102 HR 77. I will give him his BP med (He did not take his pills this morning. ..he wanted to eat first) right now...

What else can I do (I will check his BP every hour)...I am having a problem, convincing him to go to the doctor.

Please help me help him.
