My Husband Is 71 And Has Suffered 5 Heart Attacks.

My husband is 71 and has suffered 5 heart attacks. Now he is telling me that he has middle back pain and is suffering discomfort, he describes tgem as twinges as if someone is tightening a band across his back. Could tis be anything to do with his kidneys. I will call Doctor tomorrow but would appreciate your advice
