My Husband Is 72. He's Had Chest Pain For 4

My husband is 72. He's had chest pain for 4 months now. The pain occurs when he leans forward, coughs, sneezes, or just moves a certain way. There is no pain on palpation. No pain if he lifts anything. He's been on naprosyn for 3 weeks. Then prednisone. Pain never really went away, but was less. As soon as the treatment was completed the pain returns. It just grabs him and takes his breath away.
