My Husband Is 76 Years Old And Has Been Getting

My husband is 76 years old and has been getting dizzy. His heart rate today has been 44, 46, 48. BP 121/72/45
124/78/44. He feels a little weak but not sick. He exercises and walks and has done so for years. Does not want to go to ER or his doctor. Should we worry about this low rate? Normally the heart rate is 52 or thereabout. Don't know how worried to be.
