My Husband Is 78 Years Old And Has Had Shingles

My husband is 78 years old and has had shingles about 15 years ago. Recently he has pain like shingles starting in his right breast and continuing around to the middle of his back. It feels like shingles but there is no visible sores. He is taking pain pills and zaltrex. Is it shingles? Is this common in males breasts?
