My Husband Is 83 Yrs. Old. He Was In A

My husband is 83 yrs. old. He was in a MVA hit the steering wheel so hard, now has brain damage. He was sat up & denied air/blood to brain. It there something he can take to help sedate or control him, as he is getting harder & harder to bath, shave, cut his hair? Can't take him any where without some incident? He was sent home to die in less than 24 hrs. Has broken back, severe memory loss ... So sad... pay or we won't help you. God help mankind, as we have good ins., but none care about lives anymore.
