My Husband Is A 6'5" Approx 250 Lb Man. He

My husband is a 6'5" approx 250 lb man. He has 6 herniated disks in this back and he has high blood pressure. I am at work and he sent me a text saying he feels like his entire body is exploding slowly and is sensitive to the touch. Apparently it started yesterday. What could be causing it and is it serious enough for a trip to the Urgent care or ER?
