My Husband Is A Dentist And His Breath Has A

My husband is a dentist and his breath has a very strong, almost ketotic smell to it. We have ruled out anything dentally related. When he exercises he also has an ammonia smell to his skin. He drinks two martinis a night and his diet is not the best but he has added probiotics and yogurt which seemed to help a little, He is concerned he has a problem with his pancreas, but he has no pain. He also belches a lot.
