My Husband Is A Heart Patient Who Is Having Severe

My husband is a heart patient who is having severe headaches, balance problems , and memory and thought problems. I'm 28 years never remember if having a headache like this . When I look in his face he looks as if he's going to cry, and holding back. He says it's been hurting for five days. But today and yesterday it's been very severe he's worried about going into the hospital or something as simple as a migraine I'm wondering if he could be having An aneurysm or stroke ?
