My Husband Is A Smoker But Also Has Been Sick

My husband is a smoker but also has been sick with sinus infection, his tongue is white and he is not eating because of the taste on his tongue. He is on antibotics and this has been over a week, he has done nothing but sleep and drink water muscle milk, he is very weak. We have seen the doctor twice this week.
