My Husband Is An Alcoholic, Everyone In His Family Is

My husband is an alcoholic, everyone in his family is an alcoholic. I also think he is snorting Coke. He is in huge denial that he has any problem. I have watched him get really hyper where he can't sit still. He disappears for periods of time out into the garage and comes in all hyper. I am an AEMT and know I am on the correct path with my feelings. Do you recommend intervention? He will deny till the cows come home.
