My Husband Is Bedfast And Has Dementia Due To A

My husband is bedfast and has dementia due to a hemmoragic stroke in 2006. He takes a 40mg furosemide in the am. He has not voided for over 8 hours today. That is very unusual for him. He is totally incontinent and usually requires a minimum of 4-6 changes daily.

Is this a major concern?
