My Husband Is Experience Pain In One Location On His

My husband is experience pain in one location on his right inner thigh. The pain is mild, but gets worse depending on the position his leg is in. There is a vein running vertically that can be felt near the location of the pain. He is unaware of anything that could have caused the pain besides sitting nearly all day yesterday during a meeting. What could be the problem, and should we be concerned?
