My Husband Is Experiencing Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Right

My husband is experiencing pain in the lower abdomen, right groin area and it worsens if he sits. Every so often he feels a warm, heat, fever sensation under his testes. Sexual urge, active, monogamous. Experienced some dry defication and gas but now is more normal..no change in diet. He has taken 2 weeks of antibiotics, Ciprofloxacin Hcl 250 MG 28, 2xd and hasn't had relief. He was checked for a hernia and his prostate is normal....what do we check for next?
