My Husband Is Experiencing The Feeling Of Having To Urinate

My husband is experiencing the feeling of having to urinate frequently and especially at night when in bed. He's uncomfortable and can't sleep. Went to urgent care 6 days ago and is being treated for possible kidney stones. Meds not helping, Not having pain just urge and uncomfortable. Had heart attack in Jan and on meds for that and high no. Any suggestions?
