My Husband Is Having A Second Bout Of Gastroenteritis In

My husband is having a second bout of gastroenteritis in the past month. He had hershprung (sp) as a child and has always had weird stomach spasms sporadically, but he doesn't usually get sick. A month ago he had severe diarrhea and stomach cramps for 4 days, now he has severe cramping, fever, and he vomited. I wonder if something serious might be going on?
