My husband is having abnormal blood pressure readings for last three two days of 125/95.
It happened to him 2 years ago as well. He smokes a lot n of course facing a lot of stress in job. we are looking for some other place to move to get our son better schooling. He is 40 n we are 1 year old in Canada. Immigrated from Pakistan. In lifestyle changes quitting work can't be an option. We don't want permanent medicines as the permanent solution.
