My Husband Is Having Dizziness. His BP Is 89/46, Pulse

My husband is having dizziness. His BP is 89/46, pulse is 64 and blood sugar is 84. He is diabetic and take 32 units of 70/30 with dinner in the evenings. Also takes Carvedilol 6.25mg twice a day with meals and Losartan 100mg once a day. Any ideas why he might be dizzy. His BP and pulse seem low to me.
