My Husband Is Having Dizzy Spells. We Seen An Express

My husband is having dizzy spells. We seen an express clinic and they advised nasal spray due to fluid build (sinusitis) . This dizziness also makes him feel nausea. What can he most likely be suffering from and what steps should be taken for follow up... thank you
