My Husband Is Having Severe Tremors With Nausea And Vomiting.

My husband is having severe tremors with nausea and vomiting. Weak. Very cold. But with a fever. Is not dehydrated, blood pressure about 133/99, blood sugars in the 150 range. Insulin dependent, congestive heart failure. Should we be concerned about the tremors?
