My Husband Is Having What I Call 'Spells.' He Gets

My husband is having what I call 'Spells.' He gets a strange feeling in his head, he knows its going to happen because he will tell me, cannot talk for about 30 seconds, then get's hot for about a minute or 2. He can go weeks/months without this happening, then he has days were he will have 5 or 6 occurrences in a day. Really takes the energy out of him, he will say "I just don't feel right". 62 years old, had 2 aneurisms 'repaired' 2 years ago, no follow on issues. Takes Keppra for siezures he has had in the past, 1 in 2013, 1 in 2015. Over all good general health.
