My Husband Is In A Rehab Facility. When He Was

My husband is in a rehab facility. When he was home with proper diet and vitamins his sugar was under 100 in the A.M. and in the evening it was never above 240. Now in rehab he has gone up as high as 560. They continue to give him high carbs at meals and only 1/2 cup of vegetables. He seems confused and angry at times. This is not his normal personality. When asked to stand up to walk he will sit in his wheel chair as though he did not hear the request. They have not contacted his endocrinologist. All they do is keep increasing his insulin. Could his reading be causing anger and confusion? They are going to discharge him because his therapy has been inconsistent. He was making good progress a few weeks ago. Now they want to discharge him and I will be caring for him using a Hoyer and hospital bed.
