My Husband Is In The Hospital With The Flu. He

My husband is in the hospital with the flu. He had almost 105 degrees temperature on Tuesday. The flu symptoms have been addressed, but they are keeping him in the hospital due to a high CPK level. They did a stress test this morning and said his heart was fine. Could the flu have caused the levels to rise. What do we need to worry about if there is need to worry?
