My Husband Is On Eloquis. Is Being Treated For Severe

My husband is on Eloquis. Is being treated for Severe back pain from over exertion (walking too much while hunting). Had chiropractic on Fri., which helped. Takes Tylenol Arthritis 650 mg he takes 1 q4 hr. / back worse at night when getting up from a chair or out of bed at night. I have a some 2-2-2's that we got while in Canada over the counter(ASA 375 mg/caffeine 15 mg/Codeine 8 mg) . Can he take one of these q 4 h instead of Tylenol. Wondered as they have ASA.. (He would take only a couple to help him more through the night.)
Monday he sees Chirop. again..
Thank you.
