My Husband Is On Dialysis But Is Not A Diabetic,

My husband is on dialysis but is not a diabetic, have been on PD for 5 years now the back of his right legs has 4 spots of dead skin coming though. He has also some intense pain with it says it feels like shin splits . We have just done a biopsy and results won't be ready until three weeks is there anything he can take for the pain in the meantime or something we can do to help the dead skin be removed.
