My husband is prone to retaining fluid. His lower legs and ankles are swollen, and he is c/o sob. He thinks he might have a cold, but I am worried about fluid on his lungs. I want him to be seen by Dr, but he don't. What do you think? He is 75, diabetic, with high no.
