My Husband Is Required To Take Polygraphs, And Has Diagnosed

My husband is required to take polygraphs, and has diagnosed stress cardiomyopathy. He has failed the test. He says that he can actually feel the palpitations in his ears and chest while testing. He even fails the question asking to state his name. Would stress cardiomyopathy be a condition that would make polygraphs an invalid measurement to use with my husband?
